Accounts registered using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will be permanently terminated upon discovery. Any balance held in such accounts shall be forfeited and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
winpkr15 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds and may be required to do so at any stage during their use of the Platform.

winpkr15 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per month, and are displayed within the account deposit section. winpkr15 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which winpkr15 accepts no liability.
Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed the KYC verification process as described in Clause 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. winpkr15 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment provider fees may apply and are the player's responsibility.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with our international gaming licence obligations. Where this is not possible, winpkr15 will request alternative destination details in writing via email.
winpkr15 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.

Where irregular activity is identified, winpkr15 reserves the right to suspend settlement of affected bets pending investigation and may void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts where match-fixing or integrity violations are confirmed or reasonably suspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
winpkr15's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their winpkr15 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit winpkr15's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their winpkr15 account voluntarily by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to identity and payment verification.

Your continued use of the winpkr15 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
